Who is it for?

Designed for new or aspiring managers who are at the start of their leadership journey.

To qualify you'll need to be an enthusiastic manager who wants to further your skills and become a confident, dynamic leader, plus one of the following:

  • Up to one year of experience managing a team
  • A minimum of level 3 qualification (learn more about qualification levels)
  • Completion of an Institute Approved programme
  • A mapped military rank

What's included:

  • My Leadership eLearning platform: full access
  • MyCareers library
  • MyMentoring platform
  • Exclusive members’ events and networking
  • Subscription to EDGE magazine
  • Participation in special interest groups
  • Enhanced eLearning opportunities and micro-courses

Who is it for?

This membership is designed for highly experienced managers and senior leaders who are eager to share their knowledge and support the wider community.

To qualify, you’ll need to be a senior leader with at least three years of strategic-level experience, committed to helping others succeed as leaders. AND meet one of the following criteria:

  • A Level 7 qualification (learn more about qualification levels)
  • Completion of an Institute Approved programme
  • Evidence of at least three years of Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
  • A mapped military rank

Sponsorship Requirement

For all qualification criteria, you’ll need a sponsor to validate your experience.

As a Fellow, we encourage you to champion our vision of inspiring great leadership everywhere.

  • Opportunities to serve as a mentor through MyMentoring
